国内外茶叶咖啡碱研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
对国内外茶叶咖啡碱的药理作用、测定方法和脱咖啡碱方法的研究现状进行了系统综述,以期为今后对茶叶咖啡碱理论研究和低咖啡碱茶的生产提供一定科学依据。
